We strive to offer quality products at great prices and understand that sometimes the product you purchase is just not what you were looking for.  We are happy to accept returns and refund your purchase under the following conditions:

Due to health laws, Cache Outfitters cannot accept returns on food and water products.

Survival Kits are subject to a $10.00 restocking fee, less shipping costs.

All other products are subject to our 30 day satisfaction guarantee, less shipping costs.

All products returned to Cache Outfitters must be sent in their original packaging and condition.

Shipping costs to return the product back to Cache Outfitters is the responsibility of the customer.

Manufacturers of products covered under a warranty should be contacted by the customer for repair or replacement of the defective product.

Simply follow the steps below for a return –

1. Contact us at 888-275-3046 or email service@cacheoutfitters.com and request an RMA within 30 days of receiving your purchase.  Please have your order number or customer ID when contacting us.  These numbers are found in the email confirmation sent at the time of purchase.

2. Include the RMA number we provide on the outside of the package.

3. Ship the package to our return address –
